Houston's clay soil moves, and concrete that isn't prepared for it cracks. We excavate and compact the base, set forms to the right slope for drainage, reinforce with rebar, and cut control joints so the slab cracks where it's supposed to — if at all. We pour new driveways, replace broken ones, and build patios, sidewalks and slabs for sheds and additions.
