Victor Hugo Martinez has spent 30 years on roofs and remodels around Houston. Today he runs Picasso Roofing & Remodeling LLC with his son, Víctor, and a team of trusted craftsmen, from our base at 4709 Herschell St. We've grown almost entirely by word of mouth — homeowners and business owners who were happy with the work and sent their friends and family.

We named the company after Picasso because we think good work should look like art when it's finished — clean lines, careful details, nothing left half done. That's true whether it's a slate roof in River Oaks, a white TPO roof on a new retail center, or a kitchen that a family will cook in for the next twenty years.

We install and repair shingle, tile, slate, metal (standing seam and R-panel) and flat roofs (TPO, PVC and torch-down), and we remodel kitchens, bathrooms and interiors, build additions, paint inside and out, put up fences and pour concrete driveways. We speak English and Spanish, we're available 24 hours a day Monday through Saturday, we work within 100 miles of Houston, and every estimate is free.
