Flat and low-slope roofs need a membrane, not shingles. We install white TPO and PVC single-ply membranes — heat-welded at the seams and bright enough to cut cooling costs — and torch-down modified bitumen for smaller flat sections, porches and additions. From retail centers and new commercial builds to the flat section over a home's back room, we detail every curb, drain and parapet so water has nowhere to go but off the roof.
